FAQ

Before you write

Can I install the tracker myself?

The manual covers the wiring in full, but we recommend a qualified installer — especially for the engine immobilizer, which goes into the fuel pump or starter circuit. Our authorised retailers do the installation.

The orange LED is flashing. What does it mean?

Flashing fast: there is no SIM card. Flashing slowly: the network is not working — check the coverage where the vehicle is parked. Steady on means all is well.

The blue LED is flashing slowly.

The tracker is searching for satellites. If it never settles in the open, make sure it sees the sky through glass or plastic and is not under metal. Flashing fast means a GNSS antenna or module fault.

What happens if someone disconnects the car battery?

The internal backup battery keeps the tracker running and the app sends you a power-disconnected alert — provided the battery was switched ON during installation.

Does it work on motorcycles, trucks and 24V vehicles?

Yes. The tracker accepts 9–90 V DC, and its waterproof housing allows it to be fitted on motorcycles too. For the engine immobilizer on a 24V vehicle, use a 24V relay instead of the 12V relay in the box.

Which alerts arrive while the app is closed?

Alarm and power-disconnection alerts always arrive. The others — geofence, low battery, towing — are detected by the app, so it needs to be running.
